Her approach recognises that intimacy, sexuality, communication, and emotional safety are closely interconnected within relationships.
Rebuilding Intimacy and Trust
Many couples seek support when emotional closeness, sexual connection, or trust within the relationship has been disrupted.
Lynett works with couples to explore the underlying dynamics contributing to these challenges while supporting partners in rebuilding honesty, emotional safety, and relational connection.
Therapy provides a respectful and structured space where couples can work toward deeper understanding, renewed intimacy, and stronger relational foundations.
Individual Counselling/ Therapy:
Lynett also supports individuals navigating personal, relational, and sexual health concerns. Individual therapy provides a confidential and supportive space to explore emotional experiences, relationship patterns, and questions around sexuality and wellbeing.
Her work focuses on helping clients gain deeper self-understanding while developing practical tools to support personal growth and healthier relational patterns.
Areas of support may include:
• Sexual dysfunction or intimacy concerns
• Emotional triggers and relational patterns
• Anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
• Sexual pain disorders and erectile difficulties
• Personal growth and emotional well-being
Somatic and Integrative Therapeutic Support
Lynett integrates several complementary therapeutic approaches to support holistic healing, recognising the close connection between the mind and body.
These approaches may include:
• TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) for somatic stress release
• Clinical hypnosis to support emotional and behavioural change
• Trauma-informed counselling approaches
These techniques can support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and deeper therapeutic insight while helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a safe and supportive way.

Between sessions, I utilise various tools and resources tailored to meet you at your current point in your journey.
