Consultation Fees Individual Therapy

• 50–60 minute consultation — €90
  Ideal for new clients beginning therapy or exploring a specific concern.
• 61–90 minute consultation — €120
  Suitable for clients who prefer extended sessions or deeper therapeutic work.

Couples Therapy:

• 60–90 minute consultation — €150
  Couples sessions are longer to allow both partners adequate space to explore concerns.

1. Our consultation fees are designed to remain accessible while reflecting the professional expertise and specialised care provided.
2. Payment for sessions is required at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to confirm and secure your booking.  
3. Please note that The Society of Sexual Health operates as a private practice and does not process insurance claims directly. If you intend to seek reimbursement through your health insurance provider, we recommend confirming your coverage in advance, as mental health benefits vary between insurers and plans. Any claims for reimbursement remain the responsibility of the client.
4. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled to another available time.
6. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.
7. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session while the full session fee remains payable.

Once off:

• 1 x Introductory session: €90 per person (+-1.5 hours)

Session by session:

• Book session by session: €70 per person (+-1 hour)

Commitment Packages:

Following an intake session, you may wish to pre-book subsequent sessions as follows:

• 4 x individual sessions: €260 (valid for 2 months)
• 6 x individual sessions: €390 (valid for 3 months)
• 8 x individual sessions: €500 (valid for 4 months)

TRE®  Rates👥Group:

Once off:

• 1 x Introductory Session (1st time curiosity): TRE® Group Session: €30

Session by session:

• Book a TRE® Group session by session: €40 per person (+-1 hour)

Commitment Packages:

Following an intake session, you may wish to pre-book subsequent sessions as follows:

• 4 x Group sessions: € 140 (≈€ 35/session, valid for 2 months)
• 6 x Group sessions: € 210 (≈ € 35/session, valid for 3 months)

📌 Terms for Individual and Group Packages:

All packages are payable upfront and non-refundable.

Sessions must be used within the allocated timeframe.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes in length ⏱️

📌 Practitioner & Group Availability

TRE® sessions are booked with a specific practitioner and are not interchangeable between practitioners.

Group sessions are offered based on each practitioner’s schedule and availability. Where a group is not currently running, clients may begin with individual sessions and transition into a group once the next cycle becomes available.

International Clients:

Clients outside the Eurozone may pay the equivalent in GBP, USD, or AUD. Currency conversion will be calculated automatically at payment.
